I am a founder and small-business CEO with over 20 years of experience in organizational culture, management, and leadership.

My green industry business was so successful that I returned to graduate school as a mid-career professional to learn how to scale what I was doing within other companies and across other industries. Now, as a transdisciplinary scholar-practitioner, I hold a Master’s degree in Transformative Leadership and a PhD(c) in Transformative Studies.

The work I offer here arises from the confluence of transformative leadership, partnership studies, systems thinking, transformative learning theory, and contemplative studies. In short, I’m interested in how we continue to learn throughout our lifetimes, how we use what we’ve learned and experienced to act with more agency and responsibility, how we shift away from power dynamics that marginalize toward mutual empowerment that connects, and how we expand our abilities to accept and ponder all that life has to offer us.

I am passionate about reframing leadership as an inherently human quality and advancing the radical notion that everyone is a leader.
