Introductory Call
For new and potential coaching clients. In this 30-minute virtual meet-and-greet, we will briefly explore your goals and begin to envision a path for advancing to the next level of your professional and personal leadership, regardless of the starting point. You will learn more about my approach to reimagining leadership and supporting you in creating more profound meaning in your life and work. Regardless of your current leadership experience, even if you don’t yet identify as a leader, we will explore a path to support your transformative journey.
There is no charge for this introductory meeting.
Coaching Packages
Unlock your leadership potential with expertly guided, strategic coaching designed exclusively for you. To maximize your investment and support your goals, coaching sessions are offered in 4-6 month packages. Packages include weekly one-on-one virtual meetings, integration weeks, and unlimited additional support through email and text. Sessions also include a variety of individualized programming, action items, contemplative practices, and conceptual explorations.
Once established, clients may add additional monthly sessions or renew at a deep discount.

Community Care
During these uniquely challenging times, I am offering a series of community classes. These offerings are emergent and tailored to address the dynamic needs of the participants. The structure draws on a variety of modalities, including mindfulness, movement and yoga, somatic awareness, and guided meditation. Offerings are intended to create a sense of safety, community, and belonging while honing the skills to navigate overwhelm, maintain a sense of coherence and groundedness, and expand capacity for internally sourced leadership.
